Commit- Not everyone likes commitment, not even your prom date the next day. When you first decide to start dieting or try something new, you must go for it. Finding the "perfect" diet isn't going to happen but sticking to basics is going to take you further.
Plan- Plan on researching healthier foods to incorporate into your daily routine. Searching the web for healthier foods is overwhelming. Using AI and the basics of healthy foods, pick a few items you would like to eat on a weekly basis. This can be eggs, a variety of breads, dark chocolate, fruits, leafy greens, etc.
Take Action- Now that you've found foods you can incorporate into dieting go and get em! Shopping outside the inner aisles at the grocery store or market gives you the opportunity to find healthier choices. These whole foods are a better option than your quick and easy meals in the frozen isles. Don't overthink and don't be afraid to treat yourself. Start small and plan for the future in dieting. It's a journey, not a race!
